Found this guy on my windshield this morning. Liked the way the clouds looked in the glass and went for it.

So these guys have been taking over my balcony all summer... Not nice to look at but I got some cool shots with the point and shoot just using the macro setting this morning.

2 and 1/2 days in Cabo

My wife and I just got home from our honeymoon in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Unfortunately a category 4 Hurricane was heading right at our resort and we decided to head home after a short 2 and 1/2 days... We did take a ton of pictures in those couple days though and here are some of my favorites.

I recently bought a Samsung Omnia phone and it comes with a 5 megapixel camera! I find myself taking pictures with this way more than I am with my actual camera now. Of course the quality could be better but you can still score a few good shots every now and again.

Ok, so it's been a while. It's not for lack of pictures, I've just been too lazy to upload anything.

Anyways, I was digging through iphoto for some shots to throw up here and I found these gems of my favorite hairy beast. This is our cat Catcher. He's the fucking man.

Ok, right on.

So this is my blog.

I guess it's going to be mainly a photo blog, or an excuse for me to play around with my camera... I got this sweet little Samsung D760 from my parents for Christmas and have since started taking pictures of any and everything when I'm out and about. I'll take this opportunity to say I have no idea what I'm doing! I'm just trying to play around with the features and see how they all work together. Occasionally I think one or two pictures turn out pretty good and if I like them enough I'll throw them up here.

I do a lot of driving around for work and find myself in a lot of nice spots on nice days. Most of these pictures will be of my travels on a week to week basis.

If you're still reading this you either love mediocre photography and I appreciate you as an obvious fan of my work... or you're one of my friends, in which case, hey man.
